“Incredible service! I have been a customer of RPR for years and they continue to impress. We had our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank replaced; they were efficient, quiet, and super clean. I was expecting dust and dirt but they left our home clean. They had to re-route pipes and ensured the disruption was minimal, creating a tiny hole in the roof of the basement, immediately covered. It was unbelievable to see their quality of work! It took them less than two days to complete the job. The employees ensured our questions were answered and completely respected our space. He cleaned and adjusted our on demand water heater/forced air furnace system while educating us on many questions we had about the equipment in our new place. And then he turned up the flame (romance level) on our gas fireplace (previously known as the dying ember). This, all in one fell swoop! “We called RPR for a service call for our furnace. Steve was here on a Monday and it was determined we needed a new furnace. Steve called the office and Dave was here within minutes to discuss with us what we needed. We received an estimate the next day and, after choosing the product, we had an appointment for the following morning for the install. Ryan and Gerdo were here at 8 am and completed the job by 1:30 pm the same day. They explained what they were doing and why throughout the whole process.

“From the very start with Dave, as sales, Leanne in the office, helping me work through the rebate program through to the install with Colton, Curtis and Ryan … have ALL been great. They are all professional, easy to communicate with, and super supportive. The new heat pump was just installed, but there was a manufacturing problem and so it needs to be replaced. Len and Jose, tech-support, provided great clarity and support this morning. Although it’s been a complicated purchase and install, and now a replacement is needed, RPR has been fantastic. “Our furnace stopped working so we called RPR and their technician Jorge was sent to assist us . Prior to his arrival the office sent us an approximate time he would arrive and then when he was on the way the office notified us that he was on his way and also sent us a photo of him so we could identify when he arrived .When Jorge arrived he was very polite and competent . He quickly determined that a wire in the thermostat was part of the problem which he fixed. He then went outside and checked the heat pump and discovered the main reason the heat pump wasn’t working and also found 2 other things that were missed by a technician from another company who had checked the unit in early October . I highly recommend this company particularly if their other technicians are as competent as Jorge!”
